But... memories will fade.
Life. It has always gotten in the way. When life comes in, we grow, we age and we change. And there are also those huge turning points that change our lives in a great way. And what we used to hold might never happen again. So before our memories ever fade and go to somewhere we will never know, we all should cherish and hold them tight.
A mini primary school class gathering yesterday reminded me of how much we have all changed. A simple lunch with Kay Wee, Daryl, Teck Jin, Mr Seow and his daughter, Kyra, made me think about how much we have all grown. Mr Seow has changed my impression of him. He has somehow turned into a very loving father. And a casual chat about some of our classmates was pretty funny. It's funny how we could all remember how we used to be.
And when Mrs Seow joined in, our conversation got more interesting as she talked about her upcoming beauty pageant. She also shared about the education system and future which got me thinking.
Being a student and being an ex student is really very different. *laughs*
Indeed, people change and memories don't.
